"I have had the pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life over the years. Each individual has something special they are looking for in a property. Whether it is a cabin in the woods where they can hike or mountain bike out the back door or the perfect lot on which to build their retirement home, each is unique. It is fun for me to hunt for and find just the right place and during that hunt to develop long term business relationships and friendships."
I just wanted to say "thank you" for selling my condo. I have bought and sold properties but I have never had a realtor work so hard to sell a property. You have gone beyond the call of duty multiple times by taking care of things at the condo to save me the trip up there. You have been a outstanding realtor and a friend through all of this and I can't thank you enough.I would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Grand County. Thanks again for a job well done. Jill is one of a kind - she went above and beyond for us with our home purchase in Tabernash, CO. We were looking for a very specific style of home (an A-frame), and Jill seems to know everyone in the Grand County area and half the time we'd mention a house we liked and turns out she either knew the owners or had sold the home previously. She's very knowledgable about specifics within the Grand County area - like what you can and can't do (we wanted to buy land and put a Yurt on it - turns out you can't do that :) and was very helpful in recommending folks in the area for home improvements.

We recently completed our third real estate purchase with Jill's professional help. We have never been disappointed in Jill as she has always been knowledgeable of the market, understood what we wanted, respectful of our ideas and opinions, candid with her thoughts about each property and always attentive to every detail. Jill has always made the buying/selling process enjoyable and she has always gone above and beyond what was expected. R. Keith
