I developed a love and passion for the Winter Park area starting as far back as when I was a youngster skiing with my family at Winter Park Resort. Long before, Mary Jane or Vasquez Ridge, maybe I am dating myself; I had the opportunity to see the heart that exists within Winter Park and Grand County.

I left Colorado for a time, but came back to begin what has been a lifetime career within the real estate industry. My real estate experiences have been diverse, starting with title insurance/escrow, then onward to a major commercial mortgage lender/savings and loan and then to a commercial development company. After 28 years, I felt the move into real estate sales to be a natural evolution.

Feeling the draw of the area, I decided to move to Winter Park in 1999 joining what is now CENTURY 21-Winter Park Real Estate. The community welcomed me with open arms and I wanted to give back. I have had the joy to work with the Fraser River Valley Lions Club, Grand County Pet Pals, Habitat for Humanity and the Colorado Special Olympics.

Since joining CENTURY 21-Winter Park Real Estate I have earned my GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Less than 5% of REALTOR®s nationwide currently hold the CRS designation, the highest professional designation awarded to REALTOR®s in the residential sales field. In addition, I have recently obtained my TRC, Transnational Referral Certification, for International referrals.

I wanted to continue to improve my knowledge of working with Buyers and Sellers from around the world. In June 2008 I crossed the Atlantic to a friendly nation we know as Ireland and spent what was one very enjoyable and informative week expanding my International education. Our partners at the IAVI (Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute) welcomed a amazing group of Realtors and Brokers from all over the world.  I obtained my CIPS (Certified International Property Designation) later that year and continue to work toward growing my connections with the International Community.

With my combined, varied real estate industry experience and long term knowledge of the area, I can assist my clients, whether domestic or international, in finding the property which best fits their desires. I work to provide my clients with the information they need to make an informed buying or selling decision.
